WOW what a game tonight! One of the best all season by our Icehawks. Cannot wait for the rematch tomorrow night and hope we have a great crowd. Getting back to tonight, two thoughts first Robin Bouchard should be a marked man tomorrow night with his "punch-n-run" antics. What a freakin pu**y who runs his mouth all game even at us Rowdies and then gets rocked by a Gershon check and complains to the ref--priceless! Second, Lawmaster takes a slap-shot at the buzzer and hits an Icehawk in back of the leg and Jason Kostadine drops the gloves. So the spineless wonder Lawmaster, with a history of suspensions for crap like this, head-buts Kostadine with his helmet at least twice. So will the equally spineless IHL Brad Jones suspend this freakin idiot? Probably not and all good drama for Saturday night! Tonight was a game changing season our Hawks needed especially with all the injuries and I feel the tide changed bigtime tonight! Let's send turtle "punch-n-run" Bouchard and the Lumberhacks back to Muskegon with two losses after Saturday night. OK I'm done, but LET'S GO HAWKS!!

Well ill say this as less X rated as possible. A jacking off of the stick then a spooge on the rowdies... lol What goal was that?? I'll have to go back and see if I got that or not. Perhaps sending it to Brad Jones might be in order if it is clearly visible. Their 2nd goal I believe the one in the 2nd period it was a beautiful shot. Why would you send it in, something like that is priceless to watch. Let em have there fun.

OK...definitely an awesome result for the Hawks, no question, and a very entertaining game for sure.
However...the play of Ian Turnover and Jamie Lovell was abysmal again. I don't get what either bring to this team. The perfect example that sums up Lovell this year is on the first 5 on 3, he's at the point with all the room in the world and 3 open teammates. So what does he do? He winds up slowwwwwly, takes a shot, which of course is blocked, and the pucks heads all the way down to the other end of the ice. That nonsense has been going on all year. I also don't get why Gershon started the game as a forward. Yes, I know we're carrying 7 D, but man, Gershon's been one of our most solid d this year, and about the only one who will hit someone. The team played way better when he got shifted back to D - just ask Bouchard.
Can't wait for tonight's game. It's really got an old school vibe to it now, as we're all waiting to see if anyone takes a run at Beausoliel, Bouchard or Lawmaster. Need big game again from Bedard and it was nice to see Lindberg show up last night, hopefully he does tonight too.
GO HAWKS!!!

Good to see we know he can play. Turner and Lovell are still just a waste of space and really hurting the team. Time to let one if not both of them go

Couldn't agree more with you guys...... The turnover twins were awful again. Lovell's turnover on the 5 on 3 could've been a game breaker. Has Muskegon scored the big MO would of been in their favor for sure. As it was, the rest of the team played great with pleanty of hitting and great teamwork and passion. The key is, CAN THEY DO IT AGAIN TONITE AND FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON.
