Big game tonite for first place. Muskegon has caught the injury bug on the blue line. Hopefully we can take advantage of their bad luck! Hit Bouchard and Robinson and we will come out with a W.

We haven't hit Robinson in 6 years.

Well then expect 3-4 goals from their line then!

From reading some articles on FYC, the Lumberjacks are banged up and hurting for players. Glavin has signed with the Griffins and Lawmaster is possibly done for the season. I believe Dipace is still out. And i thought that I saw that Rolhf (sp) is up in the AHL. I saw a post from a Lumberjack fan that the roster is at only 13 players.......

Yup, they're short unless they pick up some warm bodies. Regardless, like budda said we have to hit them hard and often. Cowan tried with Bouchard last game, but NO ONE touched Robinson. No one ever touches him. I know he's fast and all, but I'd pay just to see him get smoked once or twice, the lazy, whiny cherry-picking punk that he is.

i was yacking with a LOOOOoooonngg Time season ticket holder a couple of games back...
he said he was talking with someone from the league (player) and he asked "WHY" doesnt anyone hit Bouchard? this s/t holder really REALLY doesnt like Bouchard, and he was told it was because everyone in the league has TOO MUCH respect for him...
WFT? hit him and take the repercussions from muskegons enforcers (the way mccarty, kocur, probert et al would stand up for yzerman)...

How long before Bedard is in the AHL?

He certainly deserves a shot! But it would be devastating to lose him at this time... When are we getting some bodies back. I realize that Kinnie has a concussion and Vern is recovering from a broken wrist but what's up with the other two? ?

We desperately need Kinnie and Stillman back soon. Bedard is likely to get a call. I think the only thing keeping him at this level at this point is his size (5-10, 185). Bedard is as good a rookie as I can remember in this league over the last couple of years. He's now on pace for 40+ goals and 80+ points. Naurato and Rouleau have been pretty amazing too (point-a-game for Naurato and not much less from Rouleau). In other years, we'd be happy just to have one rookie of their caliber, now we've got both of them plus Bedard the monster. Patrosso is also progressing nicely - he's having a great sophmore season and if he keeps progressing, he'll be a big time player at this level for years to come.
Gershon and Maccarone have also been solid. This is the best rookie class I can remember in PH. That said, I think Bedard and possibly one or two of the others may also get called up. Good luck to them if they do, but I wish we'd get healthy first.

Very strong group of rookies here. How many are we allowed to have on the active roster? Is it 21?
