Interested to see if we can ride the momentum from last nights beating of fw and pull out a huge win on the road to take over sole possession of first place. I don't expect larry to play tonight but i guess you never know. GO HAWKS

I think Larry is hurt worse than they are letting on. His left arm was kind of hanging as he skated off for both the 2nd and 3rd periods. I hope it's not serious but I'm sure we won't get the "straight" scope from Drulia. I thought we played a great game last nite, one of the best at McMorran. For some reason though I think we are going to be in for a let down tonite... Just call it a hunch! Muskegon is going to be missing Galvin and I think he is there best defenseman nite in and nite out. Cemento has been hot of late and their big defense will make it hard for us to get in close... We need a couple more goals out of the big line. I'm sure Muskegon's big line will get a couple as well. Beddard is a more youthful version of Bouchard but a better all round player than Bouchard. Both players get off their shots so damn fast. Good Luck Hawks.

Beddard is a more youthful version of Bouchard but a better all round player than Bouchard. Both players get off their shots so damn fast. Good Luck Hawks. Bedard is one of the best overall players I've seen in 15 years+ following this league, not counting the NHL'ers in the lockout year. His forechecking is outstanding, his defensive zone coverage is solid, his speed is great, his hands blow anyone else's in this league away, and he's got a good quick shot. I'm not sure if he has any weaknesses. If he's not being scouted by the AHL in some form by now, I'd be amazed. The only question is can he play like this consistently and can he translate his skill-set to the next level.
