Pretty non-impacting trade I guess. Not really sure who makes out here, would have been way more happier if I had read the name Turner or Lovell instead of Adam Maccarone. I just don't see how this deal makes this team any better. Don't they already have enough of these guys??? I get the point of changing up the room, but come on, if you're going to make a deal, make it a good one. Do what you did last year and go get a Rhymsha or somebody of that caliber. I know Rymsha isn't playing so relax, I am talking more about the impact of the deal. I just pray that this isnt the only move that Stan makes.

This is definitely nothing for nothing. I only wish are nothing could have been Lovell & Turner leaving.

okay lets put some paper on this deal
hamilton 16 games, 1 goal, 6 assists, -4 with 2 penalty minutes
maccarone 55 games, 4 goals, 7 assists, even with 43 penalty minutes
auffrey 54 games, 8 goals, 17 assists, -7 with 60 penalty minutes
maccarone 6 games, 2 goals, 1 assist, -2 with no penalty minutes
well, im not smart enough to decipher whether or not this is a wash or what...
if nothing else, heres the numbers for those better suited to discuss this without flipping back and forth through the web...

Adam Maccarone > Jamie Lovell and Ian Turner
Lovell and Turner are still here. I don't get it.
