Could do without the "fighting" part...makes it sound somewhat childish to me, plus it's a little long. Im more interested to see the logo and colors though, hopefully they're both awesome.

You know really at first I didn't like the name and thought it was a joke. But now that I've thought about it I actually really like the name. Its defiantly pretty original. It has something to do with the city which means the owners actually checked the city out and did some research. I mean the Icehawks name was used how many times before the Kinneys picked it for our name. The Flags have been reused a bunch here. This name, though is long, is really kind of cool. Its almost like a college name which fits because this is junior hockey. Its alot better then Flint's "Michigan Warriors" name when Wayne State uses the same name.
Just like the Icehawks calling them the Hawks or the Border Cats calling them the Cats I'm sure I'll stick with calling them the Falcons. But really the fighting Falcons isn't that bad.
