Gary Fletcher is the snake in the grass. He didn't know the details of the contract and if he stretched the process out a couple of weeks at $175 an hour to the city he could make a little more doe. Why we have a yin yang who couldn't run a lemonade stand make business decisions for the city I don't understand. Jim Courier another attorney and head of the Authority is the second snake in the grass. Unfortunately for Bob Lahiff the attorney for KMG (salaried) integrity and honesty is not followed in our city, backing out of handshake and verbal commitments is normal procedure for our local government. Some of the brooms that we had out for the sweep in the finals should be used to broom this guys out.
