We may have lost it last night in the fort, but as fans we need to come out and fill the house because we all know that fort wayne will be in full force with fans tonight. Let's not let them invade our barn tonight! What is better than advancing on our own ice against the defending champs?

Winning this game tonight would mark the best moment of the past 2 seasons. Losing it would be the worst, since I can't see us winning Game 7 in the Fort if we're on a 2-game losing streak. Time to do it in front of the home fans. Hell, I'll even cheer on Lovell in this one!

Hopefully history does not repeat itself . We need to be physical with this team from the opening whistle. We need to play good defense especially against their top line. Our best players need to step it up tonite if we are going to win. Hopefully Sterling can play tonite. Penalty killing will decide this game!!

Amelia and i are going to be there. shell be running around like a head with her chicken cut off (with the Hawkettes) and ill just whistle continuously...
maybe we need to do a Reggie Dunlop against Tommy Hanrahan maneuver (slapshot where Reg' tells the opposing goaling that his wife is a le58ian and that she....

Holy cow. Leo Thomas scores with 2.1 left in the 3rd period to put the Komets up 4-3 and they hung on. Game 7 will be back in the jungle on Monday.
This is shaping up to be just like 08. Komets win the game at the last second at McMorran in game 6 and send it back home.

thomas. leo thomas. really?
oh really? REALLY?!
for cryin out loud. i saw that and i about fell out of my seat. 2 point friggin 1 seconds left in the game and THOMAS tipped it....
i WILL give the komets this: they have some dedicated and LOUD fans. the fact there were nearly 2 full sections of komets fans says something about them...
we stopped hitting after the 2nd period and we really didnt hit that well up until then...
whens the tee time?

Give Street a start Game 7 if Larry can't play. might as well forfeit of Dorkorso plays. Not gonna blame him, he shouldn't be thrown into this situation right now with zero experience under his belt. All the blame goes on Drulia for signing him instead of getting someone with some kind of experience under them. When they lose on Monday Drulia should be fired right after for not being prepared if Larry was to go down with someone with experience. I'm not even talking a good goalie, just someone who has played at the pro level. Don't tell me we couldn't have found someone like a Brad Smith or anybody. I feel bad for Dorso what a rough way to start your career but hes bad.
Larry has to play game 7 to even have a fighting chance.

What happened to Sterling in the 2nd? I was listening to it on the radio and missed most of the 2nd period.

i dont think he was feeling well. i saw him holding his head in his hands at least once...
speaking of goalies and heads, what kind of crap did ft wayne get away with when boucher pulled his mask off while we were fighting for the puck at the edge of the net. i BELIEVE that should have been delay of game...

He took a shot directly off of the front of his facemask and was allowed to take it off for possibly injury concern. He ended up being fine though.

He took a shot directly off of the front of his facemask and was allowed to take it off for possibly injury concern. He ended up being fine though. First off he threw his helmet off to draw a whistle. Then he used a sorry excuse to keep himself from getting a penalty. Obviously you are new to his antics and bull crap he pulls to make things work his way. He a dirty player. He has a history of pulling crap like that in order to break up a developing play.
